AIR
ORDERS All AIR orders placed prior to
11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship
that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes
due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your

following non-holiday Monday.

leaving Rollerhockeymonkey.com™ are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that
ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you

TO RETURN AN ITEM

accept any returns without an Return
Authorization Number.

EXCHANGES:

understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time,

REFUNDS:
Refund
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost
of shipping. That the original cost of shipping will be
charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping
was free. (i.e. customer orders a skate for $150 with free shipping...the
customer will receive a refund of $150 minus the 15%, minus cost of
original shipping).
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.
EXPRESS
EXCHANGE:
Express
service is available for a $5 fee. If upon receipt of products
the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express
service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item
plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the
$5
fee; then, when the original item is received, we will
refund you the full price of the original item. There are several
costs to us for doing this...thus the $5 fee.
CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT
ITEMS:
Clearance
or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are
FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and
are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
